What You’ll Do:
- Accurately process invoices and payments, maintaining a seamless accounts payable system.
- Be the go-to champion for our Open Accounts Purchase Ordering System (POP) and eBis, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, providing excellent communication and support.
- Assist in implementing and managing the BACS payment system.
- Support internal and external audits, contributing to a transparent and efficient finance function.
- Experience in a busy office environment—finance experience is a plus!
- Proficiency in finance system software (experience with Open Accounts is a bonus).
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle large volumes of data.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to teamwork, integrity, and excellence.
- Good GCSE grades (3 Grade 4 or above).
- A foundation-level accountancy/bookkeeping qualification is desirable.
- Remote Role: Enjoy the flexibility of working from home while being part of a collaborative team. (Must live within 1 hour commute of Head Office based in Peterborough
