The role
Working with a friendly and dynamic finance team and reporting to the Head of Finance you'll be responsible for assisting with the following duties.
This role is ideal for someone who has some Accounts experience within finance and would like to continue to build on their knowledge.
This varied and interesting role is fully office based and the hours are
Mon – Fri 0830-1700

The role
Working with a friendly and dynamic finance team and reporting to the Head of Finance you'll be responsible for assisting with the following duties.
- Process invoices and payments and reconcile accounts
- Maintain and update financial databases and spreadsheets
- Assist in reconciling monthly credit cards
- As part of this role you'll also look after travel requests as the business have teams who work around the world and need support in booking flights, hotels and parking.
- You'll be responsible for maintaining records of all current VISA's and support applications with a 3rd party service provider.
This role is ideal for someone who has some Accounts experience within finance and would like to continue to build on their knowledge.
- To be suitable you must be highly organised and have excellent administration skills.
- Strong communication skills are also essential as you'll be working closely with key stakeholders in the business.
- You must be highly competent using Excel for basic calculations and administration.
