I am currently looking for a People Partner to join an exceptional HR department to work with the organisation partners and colleagues. This position is a hybrid role two days a week in Peterborough/Huntingdon office.
You will play a key role in partnering with colleagues in the group to bring values and behaviours to life. Leading ED&I focused networks, ambassadors and working groups for the protected characteristics, compliance, events, recruitment and community engagement, you will partner with colleagues as well as community, building those relationships to have welcoming and respectful conversations on a variety of topics and building knowledge and understanding of all things ED&I.
You will be a people person who, with your welcoming and respectful approach, will thrive on spending time with both colleagues and the wider community, at our many different locations throughout Cambridgeshire.
