Brilliant opportunity to join a growing HR team to support in delivery of the end-to-end People agenda as HR and Recruitment Administrator. Working with a Senior HR Advisor, and reporting into the newly appointed Head of HR, you will be significant part of taking the HR function on a journey.
The business is a 24/7 manufacturing organisation with around 350 employees across monthly and weekly paid, and you will be partnering with managers and team leaders to support them in delivering the people part of their role.
As HR Administrator you will:
- Deliver a seamless candidate experience by ensuring a quick and efficient recruitment process, from supporting line managers in refining job descriptions to writing and placing adverts, screening candidates, booking interviews through to offer and on boarding.
- Oversee the on boarding process, from carrying out right to work checks, to planning inductions, securing relevant equipment and log ins.
- Support with employee engagement from creating and organising on site treat and recognition days to updating internal and online notice boards with relevant newsworthy content.
- Provide additional administration support to the employee life cycle around key dates.
You must have previous experience in a similar role and can demonstrate the opportunity to work at pace, under pressure, maintaining high levels of accuracy and first-class customer service.
