Did you know that according to a report produced by ACAS in 2021, Estimating the Cost of Workplace Conflict, it was estimated that workplace conflict cost the UK employer around £28.5 billion a year. The majority of this cost, around £14.7 billion, was borne following the workplace conflict as a result of resignations, absences and presenteeism. It was also reported that around ½ million people resigned over workplace disputes.
