As Total Reward Lead you will be focussing on creating and implementing a Compensation and Benefits Strategy that impacts positively on retention and attraction of talent.
You will be experienced in using Willis Towers Watson as your JE tool and be able to demonstrate a pedigree in building and delivering world class reward offer and function. You will be the Reward expert for the business, so will be partnering fully with the Head of OD and the wider SLT to ensure that the reward offer is compliant, well governed, fully reported and market leading.

- Ensure compliance with governance and legislative requirements in all reward activities.
- Oversee the benefits agenda, leveraging commercial opportunities with providers.
- Lead robust communication strategies for reward and recognition initiatives.
- Design and manage variable pay offerings, ensuring compliance and governance.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the reward team, sharing expertise and best practices.
- Act as a key support during peak periods or absences to maintain business continuity.
