The Role
As a Junior Sales Executive, you will be the face of the brand — meeting customers, showcasing products, sharing samples, discussing offers and generating interest across a variety of sectors. You’ll actively seek out new business opportunities, qualify leads, and support prospects through the full sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Represent the brand professionally through face-to-face sales meetings and product demonstrations
- Introduce the product to potential customers using samples, presentations and tailored offers
- Identify, research and target new business opportunities
- Build and manage your own pipeline, tracking activity and progressing each stage of the sales cycle
- Conduct follow-up calls, arrange meetings and maintain excellent customer relationships
- Attend the Spalding office weekly to update the Managing Director on activity, results and pipeline progress
- A confident, engaging communicator who enjoys meeting people
- Highly proactive with the determination to spot and follow through on opportunities
- Entrepreneurial mindset — someone who takes ownership and is energised by creating new business
- Professional, organised and able to manage your own diary effectively
