Personal Assistant (Part Time)

Must apply opportunity – if you are a forward thinking highly organised PA looking for part time hours.  You will be in support of one of the Exec Assistants, and working with her to provide best in class PA support to four Directors – all with different working styles, priorities and support needs.

You must have previous experience working with senior leaders, and recognise the importance of delivering to deadline, remaining calm, being consistent and finding ways to add value to your critical support role.

As Personal Assistant you will be:

  • Proactively managing diaries to maximise time effectiveness and productivity
  • Managing multiple inboxes, highlighting priorities, and handling what you can on behalf of the Directors
  • Produce correspondence, documents, presentations
  • Arranging meetings, and where necessary attend and minute.
  • Organising travel, accommodation and managing their expenses
  • Build a proactive network throughout the business and client, and supplier organisations.

This role can be delivered in school hours, or potentially over four full days.

You must have first class organisational, communication and interpersonal skills – and love the dynamic PA support role.  You will be generously remunerated with excellent benefits, and get the opportunity to work in an employer of choice, whilst maintaining a brilliant work life balance.
