Part time HR Coordinator

A new part time opportunity has become available working for a company based in St Neots for 21 hours a week, ideally over Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. This role would suit an experience HR professional with coordinator and administration experience within HR department. The role supports the day to day operations of the HR function covering areas such as ER, benefits and interpretation of policies. Benefits include 25 days holiday + bank holiday (pro rata), parking on site and pension.

  • You will be providing support to the hiring process by arranging interviews, travel, preparing required paperwork, ensuring applicant follow up and other related pre-employment activities. Have responsibility for the employee onboarding experience including induction.
  • You will be the main contact for processing payroll and liaising with key stakeholders for UK, Italy, French and German payroll providers.
  • Coordinate onsite events including holiday lunches, meetings, and various employee engagement activities.
  • Accurate and timely production of monthly payroll amendments, letters to employees, reports, offer letters, contracts, monthly company car reports, annual leave status reports.

Ideally you will be working towards CIPD level 3 or level 5 preferred but experience in this field will also be considered. You will need the ability to work proactively within a fast-paced, team-orientated environment.  Also, the ability to meet multiple deadlines and identify/solve problems independently.   Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong emphasis on customer service and able to communicate well and relate professionally to all levels of the organisation.
