Exciting opportunity working as Interim People and Performance Manager, reporting into Chief People and Performance Officer, aligning the people plans within the global centre of excellence within the separate business units.

Partnering with Exec Directors and Functional Heads, creating and implementing a best-in-class employee life cycle across their multiple locations and divisions.

As Interim People and Performance Manager you will have ownership of medium- and long-term people strategy to deliver excellent business performance, develop capability and support the adoption and integration of continuous improvement.

You will be:

  • Enabling and driving effective performance management, monitoring KPIs to track performance and using influence and advocacy to deliver improvement.
  • Ensuring effective talent management, leading relevant and sustainable talent acquisition, talent management and retention strategies
  • Partnering with line managers and Divisional L&D to develop a learning and development strategy and plan to address business performance needs and competence gaps.
  • Managing reward and remuneration plans in alignment with the Divisional Reward team and to enable performance and retention. Oversee the implementation of annual reward, remuneration and incentive processes including movement of global assignees to cover further roles.

You must have experience of working within a large complex global organisation, ideally between teams in Europe and Africa.  You will easily demonstrate the value add of your previous positions – sound business acumen, strategic focus and view, and ability to influence senior stakeholders across different business units.

The role is based between London and Peterborough and may include travel to other locations.
